The hotel is conveniently located with easy parking and good restaurants nearby. the reception area has a strong and clear WiFi signal and there are water coolers available on each floor. Rooms are clean and come with a bathtub and a nice view of the city. Some floors have a snack/restaurant that is open almost all night, providing hot dishes, drinks, and cigarettes.
The staff's communication skills seem to be limited, which can cause issues with service.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the cozy and picturesque atmosphere of the hotel. The view from the window of the room was breathtaking, especially when the snow was falling. the location of the hotel was perfect for touring around the city center. I was delighted to discover that the hotel offered delicious food in their restaurant, which was convenient since the nearby restaurants were mostly closed during the Christmas holiday.
Sadly, the hotel's Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable and difficult to access. It was frustrating to try to connect to the internet, as the signal was very weak and often required a password that was not provided.

During our stay at this hotel, we enjoyed a comfortable and clean room with an efficient air conditioning system and a functioning old-style TV. The hotel facilities were basic but adequate, and we appreciated the 24-hour store selling drinks, food, and souvenirs located next to the hotel. The water coolers available in the lobby and every floor were also a plus. The staff, although not all fluent in English, were friendly and helpful, and we found the security guard to be particularly nice.
Almost perfect.
